"Guidelines for Submission of Activity Plans for Foreign Scholarship Students (Full Tuition Waiver and Special Scholarship) for the 2024 Academic Year 1st Semester

We would like to inform foreign graduate students of the submission procedure for activity plans.

Please submit the relevant documents to the department office.

The deadline for submission to the department office is March 29, 2024 (Friday).

A. Submission Target: Foreign scholarship students (full tuition waiver and special scholarship)

B. Required Documents

▶ Current Students: ① Education and Research Assistance Activity Plan [Attachment 2], ② Service Agreement [Attachment 4 or Attachment 5]

▶ New Students

① Full Tuition Waiver Scholarship Agreement [Attachment 3],

② Education and Research Assistance Activity Plan [Attachment 2],

③ Service Agreement [Attachment 4 or Attachment 5]

※ In the case of current students, if this semester is their first semester due to a leave of absence in the previous semester, submit the agreement [Attachment 3].

C. Submission Method: Original documents

  A. Scholarship recipients are required to assist in education and research activities for up to 20 hours per week.

  B. Full tuition waiver scholarship recipients must meet the required research performance score to be eligible for thesis submission.
