A. Submission of Thesis Research Plan [Refer to Attachment 1 Manual]
1) Submission period: 2024. 3. 25. (Mon) ~ 3. 29.(Fri)
2) How to submit: Online application for each student through the integrated information system
〇 Integrated Information System → Academic Administration → Graduation → Research Plan Management → Research Plan Application
〇 Register the completed ➊Research plan and ➋Research Ethics Education Certificate as attachments (If not attached, it will be rejected)
〇 No need to submit a dissertation research plan submission application (paper document)

※ As it is mandatory to complete research ethics education when applying for submission of research plan, (1) KIRD (National Science and Technology Manpower Development Institute) or (2) Submit a certificate of completion after completing the portal e-learning training [choose 1 from (1) or (2), refer to Attachments 6-1 and 6-2] ※ KIRD recommends the use of 'Chrome' browser (Affiliation is listed as 'Incheon National University') ※ In the case of portal e-learning education, instead of a certificate of completion, capture the attendance status of the online attendance book so that all student numbers and names can be seen and submit it as a PDF file (image files such as JPG, PNG, etc. cannot be submitted.) |
3) How to write a research plan: Refer to Attachment 3, details should be prepared in consultation with the academic advisor
〇 Attachment 3 is a reference only, and the details of the research plan are not involved in the graduate school.
B. Check the research plan for the dissertation requested by department·Review 【Refer to Attachment 2 Manual】
1) Confirmation period: 2024. 3. 25. (Mon) ~ 4. 5.(Gold)
2) After confirming the research plan uploaded by the student to the integrated information system with the graduate school staff (attached file)
Confirmation of missing and research ethics training certificate) Approved by the advisor and department head

Everything. Presentation of Thesis Research Plan
1) Announcement period: 2024. 3. 25. (Mon) ~ 5. 17.(Fri)
2) Public presentation will be made only for students whose application for submission of research plan has been approved.
〇 Encourage face-to-face public presentations
※ Student (application) → Graduate School (approved) → Advisor (approved) → Dean (approved) → Graduate School (confirmation) Public announcement after 'completion'
d. Submission of Research Plan Presentation Opinion 【Attachment 3】
1) Submission period: 2024. 5. 13. (Mon) ~ 5. 24.(Fri) ** Rejection if the submission is not made within the relevant period
2) How to submit: Submit the original and official documents (with scans) to the graduate school after collecting the departments in batches
Reminders
1) After the presentation, you must submit a presentation opinion in the current semester to submit your thesis from the next semester.
※ The presentation opinion must be written by the advisor, and if the presentation opinion is not submitted after submitting the research plan, the paper cannot be submitted in the next semester and the research plan must be resubmitted.
2) If the subject or content of the submitted research plan changes, the applicant must submit an application for submission of a revised research plan for the dissertation at least 3 months prior to the application for the thesis submission [Attachment 4]
※ Deadline for submission of revised research plan: January if the thesis is scheduled to be submitted in the 1st semester, and July if the thesis is scheduled to be submitted in the 2nd semester
※ Application for Submission of Revised Research: Can be downloaded from the Graduate School website form data bulletin board
3) The research plan must be submitted to the Department of Education.Master's program (including KOICA master's students) 2nd, master's and doctoral programs
3rd, Suk·Submission is possible from the 7th semester of Ph.D. integration
